In accordance with the regulations regarding personal data, notably the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 2016/679, Articles 13 and 14), you are informed of the following:

The data controller, responsible for the register, processing, and files, is FLR, whose contact details are provided on its website..

The purpose of the processing is the management of the file (judicial, arbitration, or advisory) entrusted to FLR or the scheduling of appointments or requests for quotes.

The collection of personal data is necessary (i) to comply with regulatory and legal obligations to which FLR must adhere in the course of its activity, and (ii) for the execution of the tasks entrusted to FLR.

To safeguard privacy, all personal data transmitted to FLR is protected by secure premises and IT systems.

Depending on the type of file, relevant data may be communicated to third parties (e.g., courts, administrative authorities, opposing lawyers) or specialized companies (experts, translators, formalists) in the course of their missions. The data is not shared for commercial purposes.

The data is processed and stored by FLR from the beginning of the relationship, including for preparing a quote or scheduling an appointment.

Unless you provide consent or there is a legal obligation, the data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months if no further action is taken after an initial quote or appointment.

In all other cases, it will be kept throughout the relationship and for 5 years from the date of the last legal or judicial act performed by FLR. However, FLR may be required to keep an archived version for up to 20 years from the date of the last legal or judicial act performed.

In compliance with applicable regulations, particularly those concerning the protection of personal data, professional secrecy, and conflicts of interest, and subject to these various regulations, you have the following rights: request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data; request limitation of the processing of your personal data; object to the processing of your personal data; request the portability of your data; withdraw consent for processing.

Any request involving the retrieval or consultation of archived documents may incur specific charges.
